Student Voice

At The Southover Partnership, we highly value pupils’ input.

Our annual ‘Student Voice’ election allows students from different sites to run their own campaign to become a representative for their site. In addition to collecting the wider views from our pupils through the Pupil Well and Safe survey, our Student Voice also help their peers elicit their voice by gathering information and requests and having discussions with Southover’s Senior Leadership Team half termly.

We take pride in our Student Voice as collective decisions are made throughout this process.
